Senior Mechanical Engineer

enior Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects across Commercial Industrial Retail Technology and Institutional sectors. This role involves overseeing all phases of plan-and-spec projects from estimating and proposal development to installation client relations and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review RFPs from Owners or General Contractors.
• Prepare detailed HVAC estimates including material take-offs labor calculations and vendor / subcontractor quotes.
• Develop clear comprehensive project proposals.
• Issue purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation teams schedules and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports RFIs and Change Orders.
• Conduct site visits and ensure project compliance with design and quality standards.
• Lead project closeout including warranty management and final documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development.
