A company is looking for a Case Management Analyst who will organize patient care and work with healthcare providers to ensure timely and cost-effective infusion services. Key Responsibilities Organize patient care and collaborate with healthcare providers for infusion services Support supervisors with standardization of procedures and training Manage escalated issues and handle special projects as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications 1 year of Account Management or Case Management experience in healthcare, or 1 year of Medical Front office experience 3 years of Customer Service experience Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and develop solutions High School Diploma or Equivalent GED required; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
