Full Time, M-F Days Primarily Outpatient with weekend and holiday rotation
Must be able to work as early as 730am and as late as 6 pm
Summary :
The Occupational Therapist utilizes professional knowledge and behaviors to evaluate / assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
Responsibilities :
1.Utilizes professional knowledge and behaviors to evaluate, assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
2.Communicates effectively with patient, family members, and team members as needed.
3.Performs appropriate and necessary documentation and patient / family education, per division protocols.
4.Supervises COTA / L, volunteer, or student per OT regulations.

Technical Expertise
1.Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
2.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
3.Experience in healthcare is preferred.
4.Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
Education and Experience
1.Education : Applicants must have a Bachelor???s degree, Master???s degree, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
2.Certification : Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current Ohio state licensure is required.
of relevant experience : 3 to 5 years is preferred.
