Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems. Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad and familiar with protocols such as Web HTTPHTML, JMS, SAP, Citrix. Define performance benchmarks, KPIs, and SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead performance testing efforts including load, stress, and end-to-end testing.
