Investor Relations Manager

Angel allows creators and audiences to form passionate communities around their creative projects, making the story behind the story as important as the final project itself. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with Angel Studio's goals and objectives. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the investment community, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Essential functions include developing and implementing a strategic investor relations program, managing and organizing quarterly earnings calls, coordinating all material press releases, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language is required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Competencies include exceptional listening and communication skills, detail-oriented perspective, organization and time management, ability to manage multiple assignments, resourceful problem-solving, and a deep understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and regulatory requirements.

Required education and experience include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.

Compensation is $118,000 - $132,000 a year, commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility.
