We offer competitive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience and $5000 for those with less than one year of experience, provided you are licensed in South Carolina. Accountabilities
Supervisory / Management Responsibility
This is a non-management position reporting to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina. Senior students graduating within the next three months are also encouraged to apply.
Required Certifications / Registrations / Licenses
Must be licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in South Carolina or be eligible for licensure. BLS certification is required, and NBRC credentials must be maintained. Employees hired prior to June 2016 may possess Certified Respiratory Therapist credentials. Those hired after must pass the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam and Clinical Simulation Exam within six months of graduation.
NRP and PALS certifications are required prior to independent work in NICU and PICU for candidates in the Children's Hospital.

Ability to function effectively in a team environment, with strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
