Summary
The Parking Manager oversees the operations of our parking facility, ensuring efficient and safe parking experiences for users. This involves managing staff, handling finances, maintaining the facility, and implementing strategies to improve parking operations. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing revenue, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Personnel Management :
- Supervising and training parking attendants and other staff.
- Creating work schedules and evaluating employee performance.
- Managing employee relations and addressing any issues.
- Financial Management :
- Managing daily revenue collection and reconciliation.
- Preparing financial reports and statements.
- Developing and managing the parking division's budget.
- Operational Management :
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the parking facility.
- Maintaining the facility, including equipment and grounds.
- Implementing safety procedures and ensuring a safe environment.
- Managing access to the facility and monitoring traffic flow.
- Coordinating with other departments and vendors.
- Customer Service :
- Ensuring a positive experience for customers using the facility.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Strategic Planning :
- Developing and implementing parking management strategies.
- Analyzing parking data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommending and implementing changes to improve efficiency and revenue.
