Our client in Scott County, IA is in need of a Critical Care Physician for a Locum assignment!

Job details :

• Start - ASAP
• Monday-Friday day hours, one weekend per month 24 hour on call coverage Fri-Mon
• Practice Setting : Inpatient, Call, Rounding / Admitting (special props if the physician can do ION and other pulm procedures)
• Dates of Coverage : mid September
• Call Ratio : 1 : 4
• Average Number of ICU Patients Per Day : 18, with support of NP
• Average Number of Inpatient (non ICU) Patients per Physician per Day : 10, with support of NP
• Average Number of Admissions per Physician per Day : 3-5
• Trauma Level / Designation : 3
• Total Number of Beds : staff 300 or less
• Number of ICU Beds : 20
• Number of Critical Care Physicians in Group : 3, with one hired for 2025
• Will Other Critical Care Physicians be Present During our Locum's Coverage? No
• Documentation System / EMR : Cerner
• Practice Setting : Medical, Adult
