Corporate Associate - M&A, Transactional

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a ~5-8-Year Transactional M&A Associate Attorney  to join their team full-time and eventually transition into a Partner role.

The salary for this position will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience.

Lots of corporate M&A, healthcare and commercial real estate work at the firm, with a great group of associate transactional lawyers collaborating on work for sophisticated clients, punching above their weight class in the transactional space. Offices are modern, airy and light-filled. The firm has a an excellent atmosphere overall, full of great people / professionals.

Skills and Requirements :

• 5+ years' experience
• Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Texas
• Experience in transactional, M&A work
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
• Professional, organized and collegiall
