Receptionist

Description of the role :

The Service Receptionist at DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks will be responsible for warmly greeting customers answering phone calls and coordinating service appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service department
• Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries
