What You'll Do :

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle : invoice generation, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.

Proactively follow up on past-due accounts and aged receivables to minimize risk.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, customer service, operations) to resolve billing issues and disputes.

Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms, escalating concerns as needed.

Maintain accurate records and generate aged receivable reports and analysis for leadership.

Support process improvements and help optimize collections workflow.

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable or collections experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Proficient with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
