Responsibilities :
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents, including building and formatting Excel reports (Excel proficiency required).
- Assist managers with ongoing projects, including basic project management tasks and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Follow up with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Run business-related errands as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Support the preparation of materials and logistics for meetings or events.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and document management.
- Handle other duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple managers.High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK CONDITIONS :
