We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate patient care services with a focus on quality, innovation, and excellence . In this role, you will shape exceptional patient experiences , utilizing cutting-edge technology and advanced clinical interventions to directly enhance patient wellbeing .

Position Overview

As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will :

  • Lead and coordinate clinical activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Set department goals and priorities aligned with organizational objectives .
  • Oversee patient services across all age groups , ensuring a continuum of care.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical staff.
  • Drive innovation in patient care and process improvements .

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Experience :

    • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a specialty area or management .

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role .
  • Licensure & Certifications :

    • Active RN License in New Mexico or compact state license .

  • CPR Certification (required).
