Telemetry RN - Anaheim, CA

This position offers the opportunity to provide critical nursing care in a Telemetry Unit, focusing on patient safety and comprehensive clinical management. You will apply the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordinating with physicians regarding changes in patients cardiac and clinical status, and supervising and teaching nursing personnel and patients families to maintain the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to telemetry patients within scope of practice
• Monitor cardiac status and promptly communicate clinical changes to physicians
• Manage ventilators and other specialized equipment as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses using EPIC EMR
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
