Job Description
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate Machinery & Equipment : Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards.Perform routine inspections and minor troubleshooting of machines.
- Production & Assembly : Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.Assemble, package, or inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Quality Control : Monitor product quality throughout defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Safety & Compliance : Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Documentation & Reporting : Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.Communicate issues and improvement suggestions to the team.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience : Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.Skills : Ability to read and follow work mechanical and troubleshooting skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to [insert weight, , 50 lbs] and stand for long periods.Additional Information
