Associate Attorney – Class Action Wage & Hour Brief Writer (Law & Motion) -  Remote

A respected plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking an experienced Law & Motion / Briefing Attorney with a strong background in wage and hour class action litigation . This fully remote role is ideal for an attorney who excels in legal research, high-level writing, and developing persuasive arguments in complex employment cases.

Responsibilities

Draft briefs, motions, oppositions, and appellate filings in wage and hour class and representative actions.

Conduct in-depth legal research on federal and state wage and hour issues.

Support case strategy, class certification briefing, and dispositive motion practice.

Collaborate with litigation teams while working independently in a writing-focused role.

Qualifications

5–10 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience , primarily in wage & hour class actions (required).

Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.

Licensed in any U.S. state.

Strong knowledge of FLSA, state wage and hour laws, and related procedures.
