Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking a proven, high performing Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to fill this role supporting a dynamic and growing joint venture. Ours is a noble mission with a vision and purpose focused on a global scale. This role will include activities supporting capture and execution of contracts for the Iron Dome AUR production as well as subcontracts in support of general operation of the business.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various financial functions to generate reports, monitor and support business execution, ensuring financial data integrity and provide analysis. The role involves building financial cadence and create cross functional relationships. This role reports to the R2S Controller.

What You Will Do

  • Provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects, actively identifying risks that affect cost and / or schedule and recommend alternatives to senior management
  • Support and manage indirect spend and related forecasts
  • Cash flow modeling and dividend analysis
  • Process and monitor the annual and long term budgets and any change requests
  • Oversight of capital and investment projects including ROI analysis
  • Lead monthly / financial forecasting and analysis efforts
  • Prepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables
  • Assist with EACs as needed
  • Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required and perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role (or 3+ years with Advanced degree)
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience building reports and charts for various requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Strong understanding of operating expense drivers and basic accounting concepts
  • Professionalism that allows for discretion and safeguards when handling confidential headcount and compensation data
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking proficiency with a focus on clear communication
  • Experience with ERP or reporting systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to build reports and charts for various requirements.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
  • Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team structure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
  • Experience with dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Program control experience
  • Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced, start-up like environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership
  • Work Location : Remote

    Travel : 10% mainly within the United States
