As an Account Manager , you’ll play a central role in serving clients, developing trust, and helping them safeguard what matters most. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by results, growth, and making a difference.

What You’ll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients

Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored coverage recommendations

Proactively reach out to prospects and follow up on warm leads

Deliver excellent service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns

Present and explain insurance solutions that meet client needs

Collaborate with agency teammates to achieve and exceed growth goals

What We’re Looking For

Experience in insurance, account management, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach

Driven by results and motivated to help others succeed

Comfortable with sales conversations and recommending solutions

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain—support provided)
