A Sr. Business Data Analyst to be the Single Point Owner (SPO) of all things Analytics.

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst with good knowledge in Tableau and Snowflake to help us integrate and maximize the potential of these two technologies. This functional position requires a deep understanding of best practices for using Tableau, combined with solid knowledge of Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse provider. The ideal candidate will be adept at connecting Tableau with Snowflake, enabling seamless data visualization, analysis, and sharing. This role, in partnership with the Leadership Team, will utilize their expertise to inform a comprehensive people analytics strategy and roadmap. They will execute thoughtful data analysis using SQL, Tableau Dashboards, and other tools to discover actionable opportunities while building tracking and ongoing measurement for key results. They will design and implement data assets such as reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide key business insights.

Your impact

Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into effective Tableau visualizations and Snowflake data models.

Ensure that Tableau connects efficiently with Snowflake using appropriate connectors and best practices.

Partner with Tableau and Snowflake to organize, store, and analyze data in the cloud.

Leverage Tableau’s visualization capabilities to create, maintain, and share dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to support business users and optimize data utilization.

Manage and coordinate with Tableau and Snowflake consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in Tableau and Snowflake to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Provide training and support to business users to enhance their ability to use Tableau and Snowflake effectively.

Be the Single Point Owner for People Analytics

  • Build the architecture needed to support a complex Analytics Strategy Lead the development of dashboards and tools needed in order to drive data-informed decision making Own Data Accuracy : Ensure data precision for all reports, analyses, and insights Serve as an expert in data insights, leveraging findings to effectively communicate narratives and actionable opportunities Stay Aligned and informed : Join People related strategy meetings and conduct independent market research on trends and best practices. Blend Context with Data : Tie business initiatives and behaviors with Data. Collaborate for Success : Work with stakeholders across the organization to define and deliver exceptional results

Deliver actionable insights to drive impactful business decisions

  • Share analysis results with technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations Deliver predictive analytics insights based on current trends Create DBT models that join, combine, and filter data from multiple sources Create & maintain the executive summary dashboard that tracks snapshots, trends, and opportunities as it relates to People Data. Partner with the Enterprise Analytics team to seamlessly connect people data across disparate systems, adopt best practices, and deploy tools quickly

  • Must have

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics role
  • Experience supporting the analytics functions : Tableau, Snowflake
  • Strong mathematics, statistics, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Data Visualization :   Tableau , (Looker, PowerBI)
  • Data Transformation :   SQL  – Snowflake
  • Intermediate experience analyzing unstructured / structured data in cloud environments (Snowflake)
  • Experience working in an Agile framework environment
