This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience, good judgment, and skills to strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters in both probate and civil court. 6+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Candidate should possess a solid foundation of legal research, writing, and practical court experience.

This is a long-term position with room for growth, as we always look to promote from within first.

BENEFITS :

This is a full-time, permanent role within the law firm and will offer a very generous benefits package. Full Benefits include medical, dental (we pay 100% of your Health Insurance – Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO), 401(k) contributions (we contribute even if you don't), Retirement Plan Profit-Sharing.
