Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position : Operate forklift to move material and product while following all company Safety & Security policies and procedures Perform cycle counts Provide customer assistance Maintain the brick yard and warehouse Perform minor maintenance and repairs Skills and Experience Required for Success 3+ months of related experience Certification in forklift operation Must be able to quickly identify materials Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Must be able to pass Hazmat exam Competencies Required for Success Integrity Self-Motivated Teamwork Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND / OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
