Neudesic is looking to add an IT Delivery Coordinator to work on technical Projects for our growing company. This role will report to our Regional Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating projects and supporting our Consultants and Delivery Management team. Your contributions will be critical to supporting our culture of fun and collaboration as well as engaging our diverse team!

As a member of the Delivery Excellence organization, the Delivery Coordinator helps our Delivery Management team in the successful delivery of projects at Neudesic. This role requires technical expertise, project management experience and highly effective communication and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with delivery management teams and account leadership to ensure accountability for successful project delivery.
• Set and ensure quality standards for project deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison in developing against Neudesic's methodology and processes, with particular focus on Agile frameworks.
• Provide weekly project status reports.
• Maintain forecast and actuals of project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist with completion of internal and external status reports.
• Assist with coordination and processing of change requests.
• Coordinate and monitor accurate project billing and adhere to all internal and project compliance requirements.
• Coordinate weekly status meetings.
• Escalate risks and issues as necessary.
• Facilitate all project related ceremonies.
