What You'll Do

We live at the intersection of culture and entertainment, where creativity isn’t encouraged—it’s essential. As a Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing bold, culture-shaping ideas that define how our games show up in the world. You will translate strategic marketing objectives into inspiring creative campaigns, shaping the brand\'s visual and narrative expression across multiple channels.

In this role, you will

• Drive the development of compelling marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring they align with the brand strategy and resonate with players globally
• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling creative vision that aligns with the brand strategy, marketing objectives, and the evolving trends in gaming, music, and entertainment
• Work closely with our development partners to connect the core promise of our experiences with player and culturally relevant campaigns
• Drive the strategic integration of brand strategy into creative execution, ensuring that marketing campaigns not only capture attention but also contribute to long-term brand equity, player / fan loyalty, and business growth
• Present creative strategies and concepts with confidence and expertise to partners, game developers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders
