New multi-specialty clinic needs another Family Practitioner to join the group

Opportunity to help us serve our patients as we have an access issue - need another provider to be part of the group. With or without OB - it's your call. Outpatient practice only. Potential loan forgiveness, employed opportunity and we pay your malpractice. We're close enough to Chicago that you can easily get into the city but have a much lower cost of living here.
