Corridor (Acquisition) Specialist

Description : The Corridor Specialist supports the management of real property activities, focusing on acquisition support, funding management, budgeting, and facility operations, maintenance, and repair. This role ensures effective coordination of facility management tasks across assigned geographic areas, contributing to the mission of planning, constructing, and sustaining critical infrastructure.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities :

• Provide acquisition support, including developing requirements documentation compliant with federal regulations.
• Assist in preparing market research, determination of findings, and analysis of alternatives for acquisitions, analyzing at least three vendors.
• Develop cost estimates and lifecycle cost analyses, creating templates and training staff on cost estimation best practices.
• Manage, track, and report funding and budgets monthly using designated systems, including purchase requisition requests and financial tracking.
• Support facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities, including planning, trending, and analyzing historical data to inform budget and execution strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, preparing monthly reports on project status, costs, and logistics.
• Collaborate with facility managers to ensure operations align with project objectives.
