A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to optimize and maintain their HR infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and standardized job descriptions
Manage HRIS for data integrity and reporting, and maintain documentation and process organization
Support compliance infrastructure and assist in talent acquisition throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles
Experience managing or administering an HRIS
Strong analytical skills with compensation data and HR reporting
Familiarity with compliance basics and employment documentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
