(IES) has been a successful engineering and construction company since 2007, specializing in various services such as excavation, backhoe trenching, directional drilling, and aerial fiber optic placement. We are currently seeking Field Inspectors to join our dynamic and expanding team, offering numerous opportunities for growth.

Position : Construction Field Inspector

Essential Functions :

Safety Focus :

• Prioritize SAFETY as the topmost concern by strictly adhering to and enforcing all company safety standards.
• Execute job duties safely and in accordance with company policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs.

Compliance and Quality Assurance :

Documentation Management :

Quality Control :

Technical Inspection :

Measure trench alignment and inspect trenches for the proper installation of facilities.

Confirm materi al adherence to company specifications during both delivery and installation.

Asphalt Repairs and Visual Inspection :

Communication and Relationship Management :

Notify Supervisors promptly of any issues related to changes in normal work activities and scope.

Maintain a professional relationship with clients, contractors, team members, consistently delivering excellent client work.

Coordination and Community Awareness :
