PURPOSE
The Associate Manager, Operations Systems is responsible for assisting and supporting the implementation and maintenance of back-office operations systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Assist in training and development of operational systemsMaintain accurate databases including recipes, plating, new ingredients, inventory, vendor information, and labor rules & ratesResponsible for follow up on weekly / monthly financial reporting :Food and Liquor cost control reports and analysisRecipe and plating validationLabor weekly results and productivity analysisAssist restaurant managers in posting and any related troubleshootingManage the restaurant inventory processes, including accuracy and auditing of the inventoryMaintenance of vendor’s order guide within internal systems, including prices auditingConduct coaching and training sessions with restaurant support staff and field management, as neededDocument company policies and processes complianceConduct restaurant administrative auditsPerform site visits to restaurants to enhance their product knowledge and evaluate their success using the systemsComplete assigned projects and research as defined by the department head and field supervisorsAssist in monitoring 80 / 20 product pricing and associated trends and upward spikes in the pricing of such itemsPerform other duties / tasks / projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Knowledge of training methodologies with an ability to build training programsAbility to troubleshoot and to teach troubleshooting skillsOrganized, detail-oriented with strong delegation skillsFull-service restaurant experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong mathematical skillsStrong analytical skillsExpert in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to create, read, and analyze spreadsheets of statistical dataBachelors Degree PreferredProof of eligibility to work in the United States21+ years of ageMinimum of two (2) years related experienceWORKING CONDITIONS
