We opened in 2019 with one doctor and four support staff. Since then, we've grown into  a thriving team.

We survived the pandemic, doubled down on culture, and became Northern Virginia's  first Fear Free Certified hospital. We operate more like a family doctor for pets, taking  3060 minutes per appointment, so clients never feel rushed, and our team doesn't feel  overwhelmed.

Who You Are

We're looking for a seasoned Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor with :

• 4+ years of technical experience
• Leadership experience in a veterinary setting
• Strong emotional intelligence, organization, and people skills
• A love for pets and a genuine enjoyment of working with humans
• A fast-paced learning style and a go-getter attitude
• Charisma and the ability to build trust with clients and teammates
• Clear, confident communication in person and over the phone
• The ability to stay calm on hectic days
• A self-aware approach to burnout prevention
• Someone who stays curious, looks for ways to keep improving, and
• genuinely wants to grow in this field
• A desire to help others develop and thrive

What Youll Do

This role blends leadership with hands-on technician work. Youll work 3640 hours per  week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays, and occasional cat boarding
