Job Description

Who You'll Work With

• In this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.
• What You'll Do
• Work with Sales & Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillment
• Ensure planning and operational readiness for new products from said deals
• Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners
• Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directions
• Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Qualifications
