This role involves creating and developing strategic alliances, serving as the voice of the member, and leading change initiatives to enhance the member experience. The VP will also be tasked with monitoring and ensuring the teams' compliance with regulatory requirements and will be expected to have a strong understanding of the voice of the member and the use of AI in transforming the member experience.

Applicants for the Vice President of Member Experience position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in a leadership role within the health plan administration function, with a proven track record in executing complex strategic initiatives. A Master's degree in a related field is required, or a Bachelor's degree with additional relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital transformation projects, including user experience design and the development of member and provider portal self-service capabilities.
