Performance Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst. Key Responsibilities Provide stakeholders with critical business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis Translate complex business needs into actionable data modeling exercises Act as a liaison between Analytics and operational departments to support initiatives with provider partners and payers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics within a health plan or medical group Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and / or SQL strongly preferred Strong interest in working with large and complex data sets Desire to grow with a high-performing analytics team
