Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities :
- Support the CEO with calendar management and responding to emails
- Maintain the database and assist with implementing a new system
- Send out invoices, follow up on outstanding ones, and assist with resolving issues
- Prepare agendas for meetings, including reports and internal files
- Collaborate with the Admin Assistant to support the office environment
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in an Executive Admin role or supporting director-level leadership requiredBackground in the non-profit industry or member-based organization experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication skillsAbility to be proactive if finding solutions or what is neededThis position is in office.
