• Conduct temperature checks in boiler rooms and kitchens to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Remove resident trash from hallways and empty garbage, recycling, and soiled linen bins each shift.
• Patrol the campus, noting open garage doors, unlit post lights, and suspicious individuals or vehicles.
• Take appropriate action, including questioning individuals or contacting law enforcement.
• Support resident relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining communication with the Facilities Supervisor, and completing assigned special projects.
