About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of FP&A to take on a pivotal role in one of its portfolio companies, a manufacturer of mission-critical engineered components. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions within the business. This role is particularly focused on defining and executing the FP&A process in the context of an upcoming IPO, and the ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace and defense manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on finance, analytics, operations, and executive experience. The Head of FP&A will be a key partner to the CFO and CAO, guiding executive decision-making, and ensuring that financial performance is in line with the expectations of the company's shareholders.
