Join Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) as the Director of Specialty Services and play a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s strategic and cultural priorities through exceptional event strategy, cross‑functional project execution, and high‑impact special projects. You will report directly to the Head of Business Enablement and partner closely with the LMI Brand & Communications team and the Relationship Management team to bring strategic event expertise to LMI’s External Partner Engagement initiatives, while overseeing internal events and strengthening culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of internal and external events—including leadership offsites, employee experiences, and partner engagements—in partnership with enterprise teams and key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Relationship Management team to shape External Partner Engagement experiences that deepen relationships and advance business goals.
• Oversee internal programs that strengthen alignment, reinforce culture, and enhance collaboration across LMI.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that drive the business enablement agenda, scalable processes, and reporting.
• Collaborate with LMI Brand & Communications on event‑related brand activations to ensure consistency with LMI’s strategic positioning.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and platforms to ensure seamless, high‑quality execution and measurable impact.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
