As a patrol unarmed officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, addressing situations as they arise at the commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, observations, and incidents encountered while on patrol.

Communicate promptly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or conditions that may require further attention or intervention.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment at the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
