Automotive Service Writer – Depo Auto Care (Charlotte, NC)

Hourly Pay : $15–$18 + Commission

Depo Auto Care is Charlotte’s trusted independent tire and auto service shop, serving the community since 2014 from our location at 6800 South Blvd. As a locally owned and Latino-operated small business, we specialize in high-quality new and used tires, custom rims, and comprehensive mechanic services. Customers rely on our honest work, friendly atmosphere, and commitment to making reliable automotive care accessible for everyone.

We’re looking for a bilingual Automotive Service Writer who speaks both English and Spanish, to help us deliver attentive, knowledgeable service to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in English and Spanish, listening to concerns and opening service orders
• Clearly communicate vehicle issues and service needs to our experienced technician team
• Prepare repair estimates, obtain approvals, and keep customers informed in their preferred language
• Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Manage daily schedules, track job progress, and process payments (credit, debit, and mobile NFC)
• Drive commission-based sales of recommended services and products
