Personal Lines Account Manager
Location : Unites States- Remote
Our client is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of business. Role requires strong technical capability, speed, accuracy, customer service excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively with producers and underwriters.
Responsibilities
- Manage hundreds of personal accounts in a high-frequency service model
- Handle endorsements, audits, remarketing, certificates, compliance, renewals
- Support producers with account servicing
- Engage clients directly (phone / email) at high frequency
- Work across admitted and non-admitted markets
