Provide accurate information about our home improvement services and pricing. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Process orders, email estimates, and applications accurately. Schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. Work closely with our service professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Persuasive and confident in selling services. Customer-focused with a passion for helping others. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a team player. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour . Paid time off and holidays. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
