We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing healthcare organization in the High Desert region of Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in a busy urgent care setting.

Position Highlights

Compensation : $85 $100 / hour, based on experience

Schedule : 14 shifts / month, 12-hour shifts (9 : 00 AM 9 : 30 PM)

Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend per month (flexible scheduling available)

Holiday Requirement : 3 observed holidays annually

Practice Setting : Urgent Care, serving patients of all ages

Clinic Details

Hours of operation : 9 : 00 AM 9 : 00 PM

Last patient accepted at 8 : 00 PM to allow providers time to complete charting by 9 : 30 PM

Open 7 days a week (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas; early closure at 6 : 00 PM on other major holidays)

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California

New graduates welcome ($85 / hour)

Experienced candidates, especially with 2 3 years of ER or urgent care background , encouraged to apply (up to $100 / hour)
