We are seeking a UI / UX Analyst to lead the design and user experience of enterprise web and application solutions. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered designs that align with business requirements and technical feasibility. The UI / UX Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet usability and accessibility standards while delivering a consistent and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective interface designs and user journeys.
• Conduct user research, interviews, observations, and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop personas, workflows, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
• Facilitate design workshops and reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead the visual design, usability, and accessibility of applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG and ADA standards.
• Provide design resources, guidelines, and best practices to development teams for consistent implementation.
• Perform accessibility and usability testing, iterating on designs as needed.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the design and development lifecycle.
