Now Hiring : Full-Time Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to making a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities :

Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery
Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and safely
Diagnose issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals
Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

5 year's experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related fields in a manufacturing setting

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

A proactive, continuous improvement mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
