Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Proactively interact with potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions to meet those needs.

Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of State Farm insurance products to effectively communicate offerings to clients.

Business Development : Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and developing innovative strategies to convert them into clients.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Policy Management : Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and any inquiries they have regarding their insurance policies.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to enhance client experience and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Licensing : Active and up-to-date insurance sales license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or sales is required

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centered approach.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM software and other modern communication tools.
