Personnel Consultant

Position Type : Full-time – Career hours! Description : Will be interviewing and placing higher-level individuals with Inland Empire’s top firms. The sourcing of these candidates will come through our existing database, advertising, e-recruiting, business contacts, direct recruiting, and relationship building. You will be working with existing clients and be responsible for developing new clients. You will become an extension of your clients’ human resources department because of your in-depth knowledge of their staffing needs. Skills Required : Must have stable staffing industry experience and be looking for a career. We require excellent references.
