Job Overview :

Responsible for organizing and managing information in the Nurse Staffing Office (NSO). Works with ADP, and other related software systems. Provides secretarial, receptionist, clerical, and general office duties, including scheduling, staffing, and payroll, completing activities with minimal supervision. Independently, oversees payroll and payroll function and coordinates support for Clinical Operations Managers (COM). Provides staffing and payroll reports direct Supervisor(s) / Manager. Interacts with all levels of staff, supervision, and management. Collaborates with other Staffing Assistants on all aspects of the job. Responsible for training new staff. Coordinates the duties of other staffing office personnel. Under the direction of the Department Manager, contributes to the department to fulfill its mission and exceed its goals. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors / walls / ceiling tiles / unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc. Work schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications : Required :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Business Office experience
• Must have previous electronic payroll, staffing, & scheduling experience
• Computer, word processing skills and telephone experience
