Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our firm in Durham or Wake Forest.

You will provide direct support to attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of family law cases. May also include some estate planning work. This includes drafting and organizing legal documents, managing calendars and deadlines, communicating with clients, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative and case-related tasks throughout the firm.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in family law.
