About the Role :

The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery and coordination of services to clients, acting as the primary liaison between service providers, clients, and internal teams. This position requires managing schedules, facilitating communication, and resolving any issues that arise to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing resources efficiently to meet client needs and service standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. By proactively identifying potential service gaps and implementing solutions, the coordinator contributes to continuous improvement in service delivery. Ultimately, this role supports the organization’s mission by fostering strong relationships and ensuring that clients receive timely, effective, and personalized services.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social services, or a related field.
  • Experience working in service coordination within healthcare, social services, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with client management software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Training or certification in project management or customer service.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule services between clients and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and service outcomes using organizational databases and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve service-related issues and improve overall client experience.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and compliance with established standards, reporting any discrepancies or challenges to management.
  • Skills :

    The Service Coordinator utilizes strong organizational skills daily to manage multiple client schedules and service provider availability, ensuring smooth operations.
