Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,090 – $2,200

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state eligibility

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

ICU RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and operate advanced ICU equipment

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate and support patients and their families throughout the critical care process

Accurately document all aspects of patient care in compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
