A national leader in industrial and commercial construction is hiring  Traveling Superintendents with Mission Critical / Data Center experience  to lead high-profile projects across the U.S. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, this could be your next big opportunity.

These roles are responsible for overseeing all phases of construction—from pre-con to closeout—while leading on-site teams and delivering exceptional results. You’ll play a key role in driving quality, schedule, and performance across a growing project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all phases of construction from start to finish

Own and manage project schedules and site resources

Partner with Project Managers to ensure profitability and execution

Provide hands-on leadership to field teams and mentor junior staff

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site operations

Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and stakeholders

Interpret and enforce construction plans and specifications

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

Proven success on projects $30M+ in value

Experience with mission critical / data center builds is required

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in dynamic environments

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Familiarity with construction scheduling software is a plus
